The "Vietnamese families with Lao and Cambodian students studying in Ho Chi Minh City" program brought together Vietnamese families who have adopted students from Laos and Cambodia, as well as representatives from Lao and Cambodian families with children participating in the program, for an afternoon meeting and exchange program on August 16, 2023. Ho Chi Minh City's Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee is in charge of coordinating this event, which aims to strengthen ties of friendship and solidarity among the Vietnamese, Laotian, and Cambodian people.

Enhancing Collaboration Between Vietnam and Laos Ministries of Police
On the afternoon of August 10, 2023, a meeting at the level of a deputy minister was held in Vientiane, Laos. Growing Tourism Ties Between Vietnam And Laos
Vietnam has secured the second place in terms of the number of tourists visiting Laos, according to the Lao Tourism Development Department. The number of Vietnamese tourists visiting Laos has shown a steady growth rate of 10.8%, contributing to their high ranking among international visitors.
