Within the framework of the meeting, the Draft Additional Appendix to the Cooperation Agreement for the period 2021-2025 and the Cooperation Agreement between the two provinces Thanh Hoa-Houaphanh in 2023 were presented by representatives of the two provinces' Departments of Foreign Affairs.
