Vinamilk Laos - Jagro is planning to build a brand new, state-of-the-art milking barn in the Phaxay district of Xieng Khuang province. The company has high aspirations of beginning the shipment of fresh milk to Vietnam as early as May 2019, when the barn is completed. Lao-Jagro Development Xieng Khuang Co., Ltd. (Lao-Jagro) is providing money for the first phase of the Vinamilk Laos - Jagro project, which has an estimated cost of US$120 million and is owned 51% by Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk).
