The Vietnamese province of Quang Tri and the Laotian province of Savannakhet have settled on holding a workshop on the "Lao Bao - Den-sa-van joint cross-border Economic and Trade zone" in order to finalize the cross-border commercial zone project and prepare a bilateral agreement that the Laotian and Vietnamese governments can sign.
