The International Volunteer Program organized by the Da Nang Youth Union in the Lao People's Democratic Republic in 2023 was a significant event aimed at strengthening the friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and Laos. As part of this program, a working group was assigned various tasks to support the local community in Salavane province.

On the afternoon of July 10, 2023, Politburo member, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man had a meeting to welcome the Vice Chairman of the Lao National Assembly.

The Ministry of Communist Magazine Editorial and Viettel Military Telecommunications Industry Group sponsored the AlounMai electronic magazine project, and on the morning of July 5, 2023, a solemn ceremony to mark the handover and reception of construction equipment took place at the Central Propaganda Department of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party's headquarters.
