Vietnam spent more than 5 billion USD in 209 projects in Laos
The majority of Vietnam's foreign investment to date has gone to Laos, with the Vietnamese Minister of Planning and Investment, Nguyen Chi Dung, stating that 209 projects with a total registered capital of 5.1 billion USD had been established in Laos.
