On the afternoon of March 5, in Vientiane, Laos, a delegation from the Vietnam Farmers' Union, led by Comrade Luong Quoc Doan, Member of the Central Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Farmers' Union, paid a courtesy visit to Comrade Sinlavong Khoutphaythoune, Member of the Politburo of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and Chairman of the Central Lao Front for National Construction. The delegation also held talks with the Central Lao Front for National Construction delegation.
