The gathering was attended by Vietnamese Prime Minister Phạm Minh Chính and Lao Prime Minister Sonexay Siphandone, alongside senior officials, policymakers, and representatives of leading enterprises. In a series of signing ceremonies, both sides exchanged investment licenses, cooperation agreements, and financing commitments worth several billion U.S. dollars.
