According to Comrade Khamphan Pheuyavong, the Central Committee of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party's Publicity Department is diligently working on the formulation of a political platform. he General Secretary recalled Lenin's famous quote that "there is no way to reason" after his previous statements, in which he underlined the necessity of theoretical, intellectual, and policymaking work in furthering the cause of the Party and the people. It is difficult for revolutionaries to initiate large-scale actions; but, the Party itself may serve as a vanguard if it is led by an individual who has the same worldview as the revolutionaries. Take a look at this very great example:

To be in compliance with the regulations that were established by the General Secretary, it is necessary for all three of these realms—ideology, practice, and theory—to be seen as being interconnected with one another. The statement that "theory and practice are tightly related to one another" is often cited as a prominent remark that is credited to Ho Chi Minh, the former leader of Vietnam. Vietnam has developed a Platform that takes into account the specific worldview and history of the country. The government has already started making use of this resource with the intention of using it to exert influence on its policy ideas in each of the areas.

This platform is going to be used so that the operation can be completed without any problems. We are going to implement this method while we are working on the preparation of these suggestions. The General Secretary expressed his satisfaction with the strategy that Laos has created for promoting, growing, and expanding the Platform. In addition, he expressed his appreciation for the concentrated efforts made by the two Parties and the States to collaborate on this matter. He cited this as the primary reason for his thanks. The initial phase and the final phase of the project's execution will both be carried out in Laos, making it the site of choice for the whole of the project's execution. That this is the case is necessary for both aspects of the project to be completed successfully.

On this special occasion, Nguyen Phu Trong, the Party and State General Secretary of Laos, sent his warmest congratulations and best wishes to Thongloun Sisoulith and the other current and previous high-ranking officials of Laos. Nguyen Phu Trong emphasized his desire that the same would be true of all of the other top officials, both those who are now serving and those who have previously served. Thongloun Sisoulith is now acting in the capacity of general secretary for both the Lao People's Party and the Lao government.
