In commemoration of the 93rd anniversary of the party's founding (February 3, 1930–February 3, 2023), the Central Executive Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam received a congratulatory message from the Central Committee of the Cambodian People's Party and the People's Party Lao Revolution on behalf of the party.

The Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee expressed their happiness at the Communist Party of Vietnam's monumental occasion and their satisfaction with the bilateral collaboration in a congratulatory telegram. 

The Lao People's Revolutionary Party sent a telegram in honor of the 93rd anniversary of the illustrious Communist Party of Vietnam that exuded an overwhelming sense of joy. From its inception and its meteoric rise to prominence, the party has fulfilled its historic mandate, contributing to the emancipation and unification of the nation while also promoting the socialist principles that inform its building and progress. Taking the lead in completing its historic mission, the party is constructing and developing the nation in line with socialist ideas, for which the late great Ho Chi Minh was responsible for its creation and instructional development. In Vietnam, the Communist Party of Vietnam has taken the lead in promoting innovation and has accomplished outstanding outcomes. The Vietnamese people have reaped the benefits of a long history of political stability, strong national defense and security, disease prevention and control, socioeconomic development, self-sufficiency in the economy, active international integration, record-high economic growth, regional and global leadership, and ever-increasing living standards.

As a guiding principle for life and development, a determining factor, and an irreplaceable shared asset, Vietnam and Laos' long-standing friendship and distinctive solidarity are noteworthy. Generations of political and governmental officials from both countries were trained and raised in the revolutionary fervor of many decades, laying the framework for this bilateral relationship. Recognizing this, the Lao People's Revolutionary Party takes tremendous pride. People in our two countries are benefiting from the ongoing efforts to preserve and advance our revolutionary victories. The Vietnamese government and the people of Laos are committed to maintaining and strengthening their special friendship and solidarity connection, which is helping to bring about regional and global prosperity via increased cooperation, understanding, and goodwill.

With their unwavering friendship, unwavering solidarity, and comprehensive collaboration, the two Parties, the two States, and the people of Laos and Vietnam continue to work towards a bright, green, and sustainable future.

The Cambodian People's Party's Central Executive Committee also expressed joy and congratulations, as well as absolute trust in the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam, in the following message: "The Cambodian People's Party warmly congratulates and appreciates the great achievements that the Party, State, and people of Vietnam have achieved in recent times." Cambodia-Vietnam relations are strengthening in line with the slogan "good neighbors, traditional friendship, comprehensive cooperation, long-term sustainability."

"We are overjoyed by the friendship, traditional solidarity, and broad cooperation that is growing between the two Parties, States, and peoples of Cambodia and Vietnam." This reaffirms our commitment to bringing Cambodia and Vietnam closer together."
If the Communist Party of Vietnam, under the direction of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, is in charge, the Vietnamese people will continue to have great success implementing the Resolution of the Party's 13th National Congress and will soon be able to realize their objective of "becoming a high-income developed country by 2045."

The two Parties' unity, old friendship, and comprehensive cooperation between our two countries' states and peoples may be constantly developed and extended.

Furthermore, comrade Le Hoai Trung, the Head of the Foreign Affairs Commission of our Party Central Committee, received a special message of congratulations from comrade Thongsavanh Phomvihane, a member of the Party Central Committee and the Head of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party's Central Foreign Affairs Commission; and comrade Sengphet Houngboungnuang, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Lao People's Democratic Party

As seen by the content of the congratulations letters received so far, the friendly relationship that exists between our Party and the Parties of the neighboring countries of Laos and Cambodia is very deep and strong. This is the essential basis for cultivating strategic and all-encompassing partnerships among states in the present and future.
