Cooperation Among the Police Forces Contributes to Cultivating Vietnam-Lao Friendship
Over the past six decades, the comprehensive cooperative relationship between the People's Public Security forces of Vietnam and Laos has been strengthened and maintained, yielding practical results for the two countries' people's prosperity, happiness, and peace.
On March 23, 1961, the first group of experts from Vietnam's Ministry of Public Security was sent to support Laos in building and developing Laos, following President Ho Chi Minh's teachings that "helping a friend is helping yourself."
