With 15 members, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, for the term 2023-2028. Dao Chi Nghia, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam-Laos Friendship Association of Can Tho City and Deputy Head of the Specialized Delegation of the Can Tho City National Assembly Delegation, was elected President of the Association.
