The inauguration of Berth No. 3 at the Laos–Vietnam International Port marks a significant step in strengthening Hà Tĩnh’s seaport infrastructure. The purpose of the 2025 Forum and Trade-Tourism Fair is to strengthen regional synergy by showcasing the growing ties between Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand."
