Director of the Lao Ministry of National Defense met with Deputy minister of National Defense for Vietnam
Lt. Gen. Saichay Commasit, who is currently serving as the director of the Lao Ministry of National Defense, and Sen. Lt. Gen. Le Huy Vinh, who is currently serving as the deputy minister of national defense for the Vietnamese government, met with one another. Lt. Gen. The implementation of search and rescue operations, the monitoring of international borders, and the training of personnel responsible for the management of human resources were all included in these tasks. Other fields, such as politics, the movement of delegates, and operations requiring search and rescue, are also examples of areas that call for obligations that are analogous to those required in this field. Vinh praised the Lao office for its close cooperation with its Vietnamese counterpart, and he promised that the top officials of the Ministry of National Defense would do everything in their power to assist the two sides in furthering their cooperation and putting into practice the common perceptions reached by the two defense ministers.
