Chairman of the National Assembly Tran Thanh Man affirmed that Vietnam will always prioritize its unique and special traditional relationship with Laos. On the afternoon of October 17, at the Lao National Assembly House, Chairman of the Lao National Assembly Saysomphone Phomvihane officially hosted a ceremony to welcome Chairman Tran Thanh Man and the high-level delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly. Immediately after the welcome ceremony, the two National Assembly chairmen held talks.
