According to the Laotian Times, Thailand, Laos, and Vietnam are now in talks regarding the possibility of launching new bus lines that would link three well-known cities in all three countries. These cities include Nakhon Phanom, Khammuan, and Ha Tinh.

According to Laotian Times, the Thai government has approved negotiations to open a bus route connecting the three countries Thailand - Laos - Vietnam.

The route of this bus route is expected to go from Nakhon Phanom province (Thailand) to Thakhek town (Khammuan province, Laos) and to Ha Tinh province (Vietnam). The distance from Nakhon Phanom to Ha Tinh is about 300 km.

Thailand's Ministry of Transport said that it is making efforts to expedite the route opening process, including asking Laos to host the second Trilateral Working Group meeting as soon as possible to discuss the model. service and make formal agreements regarding this bus route.
