Biofach Fair promotes Vietnamese organic products to international markets
Implement the National Trade Promotion Program in 2020 and following the success of the previous Biofach Organic Fair, the Vietnam Organic Agriculture Association organized the national booth "Organic of Vietnam" at the world's largest organic market of Biofach 2020 in Nuremberg (Germany) with 11 Vietnamese enterprises achieving EU, USDA, JAS organic certification ... with a variety of products such as tea, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and pepper. , cashew, rice, coconut .. from February 12th-15th, 2020.
Vietnam National Pavilion has attracted about 800 visitors and the total value of the signed contract at the fair is about 4 million USD excluding the contracts to be negotiated after the fair. During the fair, the Association and businesses were honored to welcome Mr. Pham Truong Giang - Vietnam Consulate General in Germany to visit the Vietnam booth and discuss with each business about the main policies, at the same time, connects businesses with a number of customers from Germany and other countries.
All organic businesses participating in 2020 have said that "Biofach Duc Organic Fair" is a potential playground to bring effective advertising and the opportunity to reach international customers very well for organic products of Vietnam. Participating in Biofach 2020 helps businesses assess their competitiveness in the international market as well as an active step of the organic agriculture industry in seizing opportunities for export promotion to increase export value. Export of agricultural products to the European market in the context of the EVFTA Free Trade Agreement has just been approved by the European Union on February 12, 2020, especially when organic agricultural products are developing strongly with special interest in Europe.
