 PPP model and efficiency

According to Deputy Minister Le Quoc Doanh, PSAV was initiated in 2010 under the framework of the World Economic Forum's "New Vision Initiative in Agriculture" (WEF) towards the 20-20-20 target (an increase of 20). % productivity, 20% reduction in poverty and 20% reduction in emissions). The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and 15 international enterprises, the first multinational corporation such as ADM, Bunge, Cargill Inc, Cisco Vietnam, Nestlé, PepsiCo Vietnam, Bayer Vietnam, Swiss Re ... established the model "PPP in agriculture", to connect actors in the industry to share experiences and jointly develop the value chain of Vietnam's key agricultural products.

So far, PSAV has established 8 sector PPP working groups, including: coffee, tea, vegetables, fruits, seafood, pepper, rice, pesticides and livestock, with more than 120 participating organizations. countries, including governmental agencies, corporations, industry associations, research institutions, international and non-governmental organizations. In addition, the implementation of PPP in commodity groups has brought remarkable results. At the conclusion of the conference, Deputy Minister Le Quoc Doanh once again appreciated PSAV's 10 years of operation. Since PPP is still a strange concept, it is not yet popular, especially in the agricultural sector, so far PSAV has achieved remarkable results. In the achievements of the agricultural sector, enterprises and PPP partners have been contributed.
