As part of a celebration to honor the Vietnam-Laos, Laos-Vietnam Solidarity and Friendship Year 2022, a cultural and creative exchange event was conducted.

At the event that was held to commemorate the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties between Vietnam and Laos as well as the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Treaty of Amity and Cooperation, the Vietnamese Ambassador Nguyen Ba Hung delivered a speech on behalf of the Vietnamese government. The two anniversaries being celebrated were the 60th anniversary of diplomatic ties and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Treaty of Amity and Cooperation. Both the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations and the 45th anniversary of the signing of the Vietnam-Laos Treaty of Amity and Cooperation were being commemorated during the celebrations.
